This is the role

Through structured learning, hands-on projects, continuous feedback and supportive colleagues, the Eastman Commercial Traineeship will give you the chance to grow and have an impact on multiple business areas.

During 24 months as a Commercial Trainee you will have the opportunity to enroll in 4 assignments of 6 months in the following business areas;

• Marketing
• Product Pricing
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Human Resources

Right from the start you will be doing exciting work that matters. You will receive training, coaching and mentoring to help you become a fully equipped young professional. Depending on complexity and length of the projects, the aim is that you are responsible for 3 to 4 projects in different departments over the 2 years, with possibly an assignment abroad.

This is what you bring

• This traineeship requires strong technical and business acumen (and interest) in combination with outstanding interpersonal communication skills;
• Master’s degree in Technical field from an internationally recognized university, an MBA would be beneficial but not required;
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language
