During the internship, you get your own portfolio, projects, and responsibilities. You will get the chance to learn everything about Kraft Heinz, not only the business but you will also get to know the people! You will find yourself in a dynamic and international team, where you will be working as an equal business partner from day one. As an integrated team member, we welcome you to take part in the team’s activities such as team meeting & category meeting which will give you a real feel for the company and the business. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders and the delivery of key projects for the R&D team going forward.

Job Requirements

• 2nd year Master student, with a relevant study background (eg. Food Science/Technology, Chemical Engineering) required for Packaging.
• Minimum Bachelor’s required for FSQ & Regulatory positions
• You should have good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus!)
• Working experience in a relevant industry is advantageous  
• You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or are eligible for another relevant student work visa)

Recruitment process:

September 15th – November 1st 2020:  Apply with your CV + Motivation Letter 
September - November: Online assessment (assessment of your skills and to see if you are a company fit)
Mid November:  Business Interview
End November - beginning December: Assessment day in Nijmegen Kraft Heinz Innovation Center (offer or decline will be received a few days after)
December – January: Contract stage
February: Greatest opportunity of your life!

COVID-19 update:
Like any other company, Kraft Heinz has been affected by the regulations surrounding COVID-19. Currently, the Nijmegen office is partially open. This decision is reevaluated frequently and can be changed. Kraft Heinz has adapted well to the COVID-19 restrictions and there is either a 1.5m distance personal onboarding day as well as an in-person hand-over period or an online-onboarding day as well as an online hand-over period. 

You will receive the full allowance and are able to work partially from home and partially from the office.
